It lists over three hundred farmers, food producers, shops and restaurants. Producers listed range from large-scale horticulturalists producing millions of lettuces a year to smallholders selling free-range eggs by the half dozen at the farm gate. The Sussex Food Finder also includes a listing of regular Farmers' Markets across Sussex, along with details of national and Sussex-based organisations, projects and initiatives involving local food.
