Community Profile Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

Please read through the following Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (“Terms”) carefully. By requesting to purchase any report or document, this shall be taken to constitute acceptance by you of these Terms:

Any and all documents (whether in hard copy or electronic format) purchased by any individual or body are not to be re-distributed, shared or sold (either wholly or in part) with any third-party without the prior consent of the Rural Community Council that administered their original purchase.

All intellectual property and other proprietary rights (including, but not limited to, brand names, product names, copyright and trade marks) and all technical, business or similar information (including, but not limited to, all designs, documents and other materials) used (together “the Intellectual Property”) are and shall remain the property of ACRE, OCSI, RCAN or of our licensors.

Replication or reconfiguration of any of the content of a Community Profile document (including maps, graphs, tables, narrative or statistical information) must appropriately and accurately acknowledge the document as the source.

ACRE, OCSI and individual RCCs cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies that exist between the content(s) of Community Profile documents (whether in hard copy or electronic format) and any other data sources. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be posted to the website and it is your responsibility to ensure, from time to time, that you are aware of any such changes.

We reserve the right to decline to supply Community Profile documents or any other information to any individual or organisation without explanation.
