Debbie Pellett: Business Development Lead:

As Business Development Lead, Debbie is responsible for developing and implementing a successful fundraising strategy to ensure the long-term sustainability of AirS. She is also responsible for exploring opportunities for the development of innovative new social enterprises working in, for and with our rural communities.

Debbie originally trained as a dancer before moving into arts administration. Now, having worked for various arts-based organisations with a focus on fundraising and development, she is looking forward to a new challenge working with AirS.

Despite working in London for many years, Debbie was born and raised in East Hoathly so is definitely a country girl at heart!

In her spare time Debbie runs a charity called Dance Pad, using creative dance workshops to inspire and empower those experiencing homelessness.

“Supporting rural communities in Sussex to be vibrant and diverse places in which to live and work.”
