Originally from Ghana, Faustina has a degree in Social Science (Economic/Geography) from KNUST Ghana and joined Action in rural Sussex in November 2006 after completing her MA in Rural Development at the University of Sussex that same year.
Faustina has worked on a number of projects at AirS dealing confidently with various stakeholders from national to parish level. Her main passion and role is working with and supporting communities to prepare their community plans (Neighbourhood Plans, Parish Plans, Village Design Statements etc.). Her skills include but not limited to community engagement and consultations, project management, facilitation and steering groups governance and structure. She has successfully worked with communities on plans that have passed examinations and are currently made.
Faustina is a Chelsea football fan, loves travelling, run her own business as a holistic therapist in her spare time and currently finishing her memoir “Becoming British” so watch out for it. Her favourite Ghanaian proverb is “Ti koro nko agyina”
