Suzi Lock: Village Agent

Suzi has lived in East Sussex her whole life and feels fortunate to have grown up in this beautiful part of the world. Living in a small rural village herself, she is fully aware of the challenges that this brings due to the lack of services and provision in rural communities. It is this personal experience which drives her to support people to find ways to overcome these issues with local, sustainable solutions.

She brings a wealth of life experience to the role from a varied work background and is passionate about making better use of green spaces for wellbeing. She also has a keen interest in community safety. The aspect of the role she likes the most is having the chance to meet people from a variety of backgrounds and support them to achieve what they want to in their local area.

In her spare time, Suzi’s favourite thing to do is relax with her family in the garden, listening to music and eating outside! She also loves to walk in the countryside with her dog and complete challenges to raise money for local animal charities.
