South East Neighbourhood Planning Roadshow – 9.30am to 3.00pm, 9th March – Meridian Hall, East Grinstead
On Wednesday 9th March, the national Neighbourhood Planning Roadshow is coming to Sussex at the Meridian Hall in East Grinstead. This is one of 10 national events being delivered to promote Neighbourhood Plans and the benefits that their creation can bring to local communities.
The Roadshow event will bring together speakers from local communities that have completed Neighbourhood Plans, together with those from the Department for Communities and Local Government, Local Planning Authorities and Voluntary Sector organisations.
The aim of the event is to provide an overview of the benefits of developing a Neighbourhood Plan, how to go about creating one for maximum local benefit and the national and local support that is available to assist in the process. There will be opportunities to ask questions and engage with representatives from support organisations on the day.
Please come along and join us to find out more about Neighbourhood Plans and the process in the South East.
