Community Based Services Lead (Ref: CBSL)

Action in rural Sussex (AirS) is looking for a positive and experienced manager to lead and grow our busy team of Village Agents. The role involves organising support for rural communities to improve access to local services, share information and help make communities more resilient; and securing the funding to maintain these services. If you want to help us make a tangible difference to life in Sussex, and be part of our exciting future, then we want to hear from you!

Annual Salary on a scale starting at £30,507
Permanent contract
Full time 35 hrs per week – currently based in Lewes
28 days annual holiday and contributory pension scheme

This post does involve occasional evening work and a vehicle and full driving licence.

A Standard DBS check will also be required.
