The National Village Hall Survey: Extended until 20th April 2020

Our national body ACRE has extended the deadline to complete the National Village Hall Survey to the 20th April 2020.

We have had amazing support from the halls across Sussex so a huge thank you to everyone who has completed the survey so far. If you have yet to respond now would be an ideal time to do it.

This crucial census issued by ACRE is carried out once every ten years and will provide up to date information about halls and the social and economic impact they deliver for their communities.

The information gathered is vital to secure funding for halls and to ensure our services and the information we hold adapts to the ever-changing challenges facing halls and communities.

Responses are welcome from all community buildings; including rural village halls, community centres, sports pavilions, church halls, churches providing community use, Miners Welfare Institutes or WI halls that provide meeting facilities for the community, so please spread the word.
