AirS Annual Village and Community Halls Conference 2026
Our annual Sussex Community Buildings Conference, sponsored by Allied Westminster Insurers, is coming up fast and bookings for subscribers are now OPEN!
WHEN: Saturday 10th October, 2026
TIME: 9.45 am to 3.30 pm
WHERE: Crowborough Community Centre
COST: £10 pp for Subscribers and halls in Wealden District, or £30 for Non Subscribers (includes lunch & refreshments during the day).
As usual we will have a day crammed with learning and networking opportunities, including:
- Hall security and Martyn’s Law
- Successful fundraising
- Options for keeping your hall cool
- Managing a hall building project
- Finding volunteers for your hall
- Treasurer Forum
- Breakout rooms with different topics to discuss
Plus there’ll be the chance to meet suppliers of services relevant to community buildings.
Last year the conference sold out, so BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment.

Info about parking at the venue: the on-site parking at Crowborough Community Centre is limited, mostly disabled bays, and we would like to keep the spaces for those who really need them. Please tell us in the booking form if this is the case so that we can monitor spaces.
Otherwise, please park in the large free public car park on the opposite side of Pine Grove, about 50 yards away from the Centre.
