Graham Maunders – Community Led Housing Advisor

Graham has always lived in Sussex. He joined the Sussex Community Housing Hub in September 2017 and provides a range of technical advice and support to community led housing groups and projects.

He has worked in housing and regeneration for many years: local authorities, housing associations, and the Housing Corporation and regeneration companies – covering a wide range of functions: governance, service delivery, asset management, development, regulation, funding, regeneration & community development.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

His interests include music, football, motor sport, cooking and gardening.
